Press Release – A leading North West law firm has been appointed to a prestigious conveyancing panel.

Elite Panel Management has chosen Hillyer McKeown to provide its estate agent clients with residential property legal services.

Chris Harris, the CEO of Cheshire and London based Elite, said: “Hillyer McKeown was selected because of its commitment to providing clients with a truly market-leading service.

“We only appoint law firms which can prove a capability to consistently deliver an exceptional level of customer service.”

The appointment was dependent upon the firm proving it had the resource, capacity, experience and technology necessary to ensure the highest level of customer service.

The Hillyer McKeown residential property team handles a wide range of property matters including sale and purchase, remortgages, transfer of shares of ownership and property auctions from its offices in Chester, Liverpool and Wirral.

The firm is a member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) which ensures that it meets a set of rigorous standards in its residential property work.

Tricia Lonorgan, Hillyer McKeown’s Residential Conveyancing Head of Operations, said: “We have invested significantly in growing the conveyancing department including the best people, processes and IT.

“This is all part of our commitment to providing unrivalled client service. This means being able to offer clients a fast, responsive, cost effective service.

“Our job is to ensure that our clients’ property transactions complete as quickly and as smoothly as possible.”

Conveyancing is just one of a number of Hillyer McKeown departments which have seen significant growth in the past year.

The firm, which provides a range of business and personal legal services, has seen staff numbers increase from 65 to almost 90.

It has opened new offices in Chester and Liverpool and is about to refurbish its Wirral office. It has also expanded its diversified business services to include HM Creative, a Marketing and PR service, alongside its existing HM Financial Services.
