Verbatim transcription specialist Posib has engaged HM Business Growth to help it roll out its expansion plans.

Posib works with local authorities, law firms, police forces, courts and other organisations.

The company, based in Mold, specialises in PACE & ABE Interviews, DVD and audio recordings, covert recordings and broadcasts, podcasts and videos.

Posib has been in business for over 20 years and is run by its directors Dorothy Roberts and Christine Vaughan.

It is now looking to grow its transcription services across England and Wales and has asked HM Business Growth to provide strategic business and marketing support.

HM Business Growth is part of law firm Hillyer McKeown which has offices in Chester, Liverpool, Wirral and North Wales.

So far, Dorothy and Christine have been through the HM War Room, an intensive and confidential 3-hour session in which business owners can discuss their opportunities and challenges and receive guidance as to potential growth strategies.

They are now working on an ongoing basis with HM Business Growth Managing Director Ray Howard and colleague Nick Mason to build a robust business and marketing plan and ensure the most effective implementation.

Dorothy said: “Christine and I are extremely keen to grow Posib and have a number of exciting revenue streams.  We realised we would benefit from some independent thinking and guidance from experienced professionals like Ray and Nick.

“We are already making excellent progress and look forward to building a long-term partnership with HM Business Growth.”

Ray Howard, Managing Director of HM Business Growth, said: “Posib has a proven track record of delivering high quality transcription services to its clients.

“They are now harnessing their experience and high regard within the industry and taking their brand to many other potential clients across England and Wales.”
