Q: What happens when creative and professional services discuss creating the perfect brief?
A: Sector Sync, Liverpool.
Sector Sync was the first free event in the series designed to discuss what the ideal creative brief looks like and how working better together with professional services throughout the commissioning and procurement stages can help deliver the best results for both types of business in terms of maximising the budget, and minimising time and effort.
The event involved a panel featuring Owen Cotterell, a Film and Immersive Content Specialist, Kathy Szeputi from Hillyer McKeown, and James Kirk, a Strategist from Kaleidoscope. The audience was encouraged to participate throughout the discussion.
It was agreed that there is a different in the language spoken by creative and professional services and the two can operate in very different cultures. This impacts upon who, what and when in terms of communication, approval, and delivery. So how do you sharpen working practices to maximise the return for all involved? Read the Sector Sync blog from Mashbo to learn what the key points were for creative and professional services as revealed during the event.
