Meet Caroline Jones, Hillyer McKeown Partner and Head of Commercial Property.
We provide our commercial property clients with efficient, legally sound and commercially focussed advice. This helps to speed up transactions, minimising risk and maximising opportunities. I specialise in:
- commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- pension fund acquisitions
- all aspects of commercial leasing
Experienced commercial property expert
I like to get involved with clients’ transactions from an early stage, even before they are at the stage of formally instructing solicitors. Being involved in negotiations on the heads of terms from the outset means that I can help ensure that my client secures the best possible deal.
It does not matter where you are based, I act for numerous clients who hold extensive and diverse property interests in Northern Ireland, England and Wales, regardless of where they live. I also act for a number of sports personalities in the development of their commercial property portfolios.
My clients include:
- National retailers.
- Owner managed businesses.
- Banks and other lending institutions.
I’m proud that my department was recommended in the Legal 500, 2015 edition. I have been personally recommended as ‘excellent’. I am known for my straight talking, no-nonsense, sound commercial advice.
