I have worked in the legal industry for 30 years. During this time I have amassed vast knowledge in the residential conveyancing field dealing with residential property. My experience of acting for managing agents is a huge benefit if you are dealing with a leasehold property.
My knowledge also means I can recognise the needs of clients. This experience means I can provide a top quality service, quickly and efficiently. My local knowledge helps clients when buying or selling a house.
I pride myself on my ability to develop longstanding relationships with clients; I believe communication and attention to detail is the key to success. Clients also benefit from my commercial, diligent, motivated and meticulous approach. I regularly work between offices as it is important to me that I spend time with each team member, as working closely together means we can share knowledge, experience and ideas.
Staff development within my team is high on my list of priorities. This means that our clients consistently receive excellent customer service and personally, I take pride in my work and like to feel that I am doing my job to the highest possible standard; I am always developing and expanding my own knowledge to ensure that this high level of service is provided at all times.

Conveyancing today never stands still so not only do I need to keep learning, our team also needs to keep on top of skills and technology. We continually learn from client feedback so we can identify areas where improvements can be made. Our team meets regularly for a step by step review of areas in our conveyancing process which could be done differently to improve our service to clients and to help us work better as a team.
