  • Strategic advice on re-organisations and large scale redundancies
  • Collective consultation
  • TUPE and business restructures
  • Negotiating exit packages for senior executives
  • Employment Tribunal claims
  • The employment aspects of commercial and corporate transactions
  • Discrimination, equality and diversity
  • Drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants
  • Legal and HR training

I have been recognised in the prestigious The Legal 500 publication for the last four years. Most recently I have been noted for being ‘very client-focused’ and for providing ‘first-class clarity and quality’ in my advice.

Committed to growth and learning

I am a Director of the Deeside Business Forum and also an Accelerator Growth Programme coach, which provides fully-funded support for growing businesses in Wales. Also, I am a sessional lecturer in employment law at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), and teach Employment Law on the legal Practice Course at the University of Law.

Feedback from clients and organisations mention that I deliver innovative and enjoyable training programmes and presentations. These cover all areas of employment law and HR for groups such as the Chamber of Commerce, Accelerator Growth programme, Business Wales and other local councils.
