Meet Laura Porter, Hillyer McKeown Client Service Advisor, Residential Conveyancing
My role as a client advisor, based primarily at our Chester office is varied and interesting. My main focus is providing conveyancing quotes and initial advice to our clients who are looking to sell and/or purchase a new home. I enjoy being at the ‘front line’ of client service and creating the right impression when people make the first enquiry. Moving house can be stressful, so I am here to make sure the initial stage of appointing a conveyancer is smooth as possible. It is always interesting dealing with people, and no two days are the same!

I am extremely proud to work within a department that has received a national award for excellent customer service and investing in continual improvements to make the process as efficient as possible for clients. Our experienced conveyancing teams work hard from start to finish and are always happy to help should you have any questions or queries along the way. Sometimes a transaction can be quite complicated so it is good to know our specialists can handle these questions as well.
Conveyancing is always changing so it is important to keep on top of technology. I have the opportunity to suggest new ideas to improve our service and it is rewarding to see continual improvements being made.
