Before moving into PR and Marketing, I held senior management roles at the Daily Mail in London and Manchester where I was responsible for running a team of over 60 news reporters covering the biggest stories in the UK and abroad. I am a graduate of Aberystwyth University and attended Birkenhead School in Wirral. Before moving to the Daily Mail, I enjoyed spells at the Chester Chronicle, South Wales Echo and Northern Echo newspapers.
Outside of work
I play competitive squash and racketball and am a keen cricketer. Favourite family holiday destinations include Rhosneigr, Cornwall and the Lake District. I am also a devotee of restaurants that consistently produce outstanding food at sensible prices with personal favourites being Joseph Benjamin, Porta and La Fattoria in Chester.
