Meet Sian Lloyd, Hillyer McKeown Commercial Property Solicitor.
Do you have a commercial property requirement which needs a wealth of experience in commercial property transactions? I am part of a team which provides clients with efficient, legally sound and commercially-focused advice. The benefit to clients is speedier transactions, minimising their risk and maximising their opportunities to secure a good deal.
I work in Hillyer McKeown’s busy Commercial Property department working across Chester and Birkenhead and act for clients regarding transactions involving commercial property or agricultural law. Particular expertise covers:
- commercial sales & acquisitions
- landlord & tenant
- commercial finance including bridging loans
- Residential and buy to let sales, purchases and refinance
- Auction sales and purchases
- Plot sales and purchases
I joined Hillyer Mckeown after qualifying in 2015. I have enjoyed building on my previous 5 years’ of commercial property experience and working with a diverse client base delivering quality service to local, national and overseas clients.
Friendly and approachable
I find that clients appreciate my approachable and friendly attitude and I thrive on working to tight timescales in order to complete matters quickly. Day to day matters often include dealing with bridging loans and auction purchases.
From a Welsh speaking background I do enjoy the opportunity to speak the language with my North Wales contacts. Outside of work I can be found on our family small holding in North Wales with my wellies and usually chasing escapee pet goats back to where they should be!
Client clients think
“I would like to thank you and I really appreciated your professionalism and efficiency in making things happen so quickly.” P Roy, property purchase
“Having worked with Sian professionally on several projects, I was delighted that she agreed to undertake private work on my behalf. The two projects have been challenging and Sian has been efficient, whilst overcoming and finding solutions to problems which were unforeseen. I am looking forward to working with her again.” Patricia Carlin, Business Development Manager
